3. After sales

A) We will not return goods that are damaged by human causes (such as unauthorized repair, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, accident, alteration, incorrect installation, etc.), goods with incomplete packaging, and goods that have been reprocessed.
B) Since the factory may change the product packaging according to the production situation, the outer packing is different from the pictures on the website or the goods you purchased before, which is not a quality problem. We do not accept the return of goods for this reason.
C) Random mixing is the default for multi-color and diversified products. The company will try its best to meet the product color and style specified by the customer in the order notes. We do not accept the return of goods for individual orders because the color and style of the stock in the warehouse cannot meet the customer's requirements
D) Personal preference (smell, color, model, appearance) shall not be returned; The buyer thinks commodity quality has a problem subjectively, please issue the written appraisal that legal approbates, do not refuse to return goods otherwise

E) Express delivery damage: Upon receipt of the express delivery, please verify whether the goods are damaged or lost before signing for it. If yes, please sign for the Courier to issue a certificate, and contact us. Otherwise, we cannot claim compensation from the express company, and therefore cannot undertake any after-sales service, including loss or damage of the goods.

- Because we need to deal with a lot of orders every day, and we distribute goods according to the order of payment time, so some orders may be out of stock. In order to ensure that customers receive the goods on time, we will ship the goods as usual without notifying customers if the amount of goods out of stock is less than 30% of the order amount. After receiving the goods, the customer can apply for a refund for the out of stock (we do not reissue the goods). If the customer cannot accept this regulation, please note it in the order and we will deal with it according to the note.

5. About delivery

We are an enterprise and do not retail. If you buy it for personal use (for example, most of the goods in the order are 1 or 2 pieces), please detour. We cannot guarantee timely delivery to individual users. Under normal circumstances, the customer can deliver the goods within 72 hours. Under special circumstances, such as seasonal busy or warehouse out of stock, the delivery time will be extended appropriately. Please understand.

6. About returns

If there is any quality problem, the goods can be returned or replaced within 60 days. We accept one return for each order. You can accumulate the goods in question and send them back to our company every 45 days. Please pay the postage first. After receiving the goods, we will reimburse you for the express fee of 1kg for your parcel, which is calculated according to the express fee published on our website (the express fee for delivery and return is the same).
