1. About color card/sample we can provide sample clothes and color samples according to customer requirements, or (TPG color card) report TPG color card number to arrange the factory to produce customized large goods, and the large goods produced according to the color card will have slight color differences, none of them are quality or dyeing problems. The actual product shall prevail. If you are not sure, please consult customer service before purchasing.
2. The minimum order quantity of elastic bands with color samples or fixed color values is about 5000 meters (the number of meters occasionally has errors, and we all refer to the actual shipments in the factory!) If you have any questions, please consult the customer service staff...... Note: The quantity ordered must be over one pack before shipment. Note the material color when ordering. If there is no spot goods, you need to customize dyeing.
3. Purchase products: This product has a number and color setting, not all of which are available. Please note and leave a message when ordering the product (customers can also provide their own colors for our company to arrange factory customized dyeing for you, environmental dyeing needs to be explained in advance, (Environmental Protection price +1 point) if you like the color you need, please contact our customer service for details.
4. Purchase order: if you need products in stock and other colors, please contact Customer Service for inquiries. Each order is different. Please contact customer service if you place an order.
5. About delivery: we will deliver the customized products about 5 days after payment. For orders over 20 kilograms, (Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and other customers) we recommend that you send logistics, yiwu delivery is basically available in all parts of the country. We will arrange delivery at the nearest place to you. Logistics in remote areas is not free shipping.
