Return without reason: some products can be returned or exchanged. If you have any products to return, please contact customer service in advance to ask if they can be returned or exchanged. Others: although what we do are all fine toys, for perfectionists or those who have strict requirements on products, please turn around and make an elegant detour.
Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement, traffic conditions, etc. The estimated transportation time we give you is for reference only and is not used as the content of the contract, it is not used as a reason for returning goods.
