We support express delivery and automobile logistics. Express delivery: for small orders, you can directly order them. The Alibaba system will automatically calculate the express shipping fee and the charging standard will be automatically displayed. If you have a designated courier company, please contact customer service in advance. Otherwise, the company will choose the default courier company to deliver the goods. Automobile Logistics: if your goods are heavy (more than 30 kilograms, or not in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai), we strongly recommend that you use auto logistics to reduce transportation costs. For example, when a 10kg cargo is sent to Shenzhen, the express delivery fee is usually 40-50 yuan, while the automobile transportation only needs 10-15 yuan. The time required for logistics and express delivery to receive the goods is almost the same. After the goods are delivered, the shipping department will call you to pick up the goods at the designated shipping point. Generally, you need to pick up the goods within 3 days to avoid warehousing fee.
To return the system
Our company is a regular wholesale enterprise with low gross profit margin. All products are clearly priced at real prices. No bargain or free shipping is allowed. At the same time, the customer service staff has no right to give you a discount. Therefore, in order to save everyone's time, please do not try.
Some other policies of our company are as follows. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you cannot accept customers, please bypass. After all, buying and selling need to be willing by both parties. When you choose suppliers, we also choose customers. We only want to cooperate with customers of long standing. If you place an order, we believe that you have read and accepted our policy.
1, return and exchange policy (very important, please read carefully):
There is a big difference between online wholesale and physical store wholesale. If the customer buys ten products, one of them is broken, and this product is not even more than 10 yuan, the customer asks to send it back, the cost will be very high, of course, we can't bear the freight (when the physical store returns the goods wholesale, we will ask the customer to take the products to the store to return them-if the customer can also take the products to our warehouse, we can also accept the same return processing as physical wholesale). (Buyers are also invited not to compare Taobao with Alibaba, which is for wholesale. Taobao-like products can have a gross profit of 30-50%, sometimes even sold several times, while we basically only added 5-8 percent age points.) For the above reasons, we have formulated the following return policies:
a) return policy: for example if there is any quality problem, you can return the product within 15 days (subject to the order date), but you must ensure that the package is intact and the product is intact. If it is a product that has been used by the buyer, we will not accept the return. Before returning the goods, the buyer should contact our customer service to apply for a return, and then send the goods back (the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee). After receiving the goods and confirming that the packaging is intact and the products are intact, we will enter the payment into your account.
B) product packaging: because the factory may change the outer packaging of the product according to the production situation, if the actual outer packaging of the product is different from the pictures on Alibaba or the goods you purchased before, it is not a quality problem, we do not accept returns; c) color difference: because the factory cannot guarantee that the color of each batch of goods is exactly the same as the picture on Alibaba, if the color of the product is different from the picture on Alibaba, it is not a quality problem, we do not accept returns; d) if you return the goods without quality problems and transfer the goods, you need to obtain our consent in advance and return the goods at a discount of 70% within 45 days of the order date. If no forced return is allowed, the refund will be 50% off of the total amount of returned goods. No return or exchange application beyond 45 days of the Order Date is accepted. e) freight: our product quotation does not include the return and exchange freight of the goods after quality problems occur. Therefore, no matter what reason is returned or exchanged, the freight is borne by the buyer.
f) express damage: when the buyer receives the Express, if there is any damage to the outer package, please check whether the goods are lost or damaged before signing. If there is, please contact our customer service before signing. Otherwise, we cannot claim compensation from the courier company, so we cannot undertake any after-sales service, including the loss or damage of the goods.
