Order process:
Step 1: the customer provides samples; Have you provided the picture for confirmation? Can you do it? Step 2, wait for our warehouse and the factory to verify. If there is stock in stock, the goods will be delivered directly.
Step 3, there is no stock, the product needs to be made to order, after confirming the price, the customer needs to arrange 30% deposit or the full amount, so as to arrange production.
Step 4: if the customer needs to make a sample, we must provide the prenatal sample, and charge a certain percentage of the proofing fee. After the customer agrees, we will produce the mass goods.
Step 5: arrange the schedule reasonably and inform the customer when the goods are ready. If the customer needs to confirm the sample again, we can provide it again.
Step 6:70% of the balance can be transferred by alipay and remittance
Step 7. After the goods are delivered, the customer will be notified in time, or the waybill number and pick-up phone number will be informed via text message.
